あの名画や彫刻が、すぐ近くで触れられる刺繍ブローチになりました。

刺繍は半立体なので絵が飛び出し、より生き生きと見えます。

登場人物になりきっている個性豊かな猫たちの表情に、クスッと笑っていただけたら嬉しいです。

The embroidered brooch is a piece of art that you can touch and feel close to the famous painting or sculpture.

The embroidery is semi-3-dimensional, so the drawings pop out and look more lifelike.

I hope you will chuckle at the expressions of the cats, which are so full of personality that they have become the characters in the story!

１つの刺繍作品が完成するまで

この作品、猫になったら絶対かわいい、面白い！から始まります。

名画の中や彫刻の人間が猫になっているということ以外はできるだけ原作に忠実に表現するよう心がけています。

原作を隅々まで観察し、質感や色をできる限り近づけられるよう、まさに絵を描くときに絵具を重ねるように、何十色もの糸を重ね混ぜ合わせて表現しています。

Until one embroidery work is completed

I start from the point where I think, "It would be so cute and funny if the characters in this work were to become cats!"

I try to express the work as faithfully as possible to the original work, except for the fact that it is a human being in a famous painting or sculpture that has become a cat.

I observe every detail of the original work, and try to match the textures and colors as closely as possible, just like layering paints when painting, by layering and mixing dozens of threads of different colors.
